Now that I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider I can help more people with their own mental health.

Back in 2019 I wasn’t in great physical or mental shape and suffered from IBS, brain frog and procrastination. I decided that it was time to begin my well-being journey.

 

My well-being journey has changed my life dramatically.

 

After I left my job in finance I re-trained as a Massage Therapist and set up my own business to offer massage treatments to people who were seated for too long each day in the workplace.

 

Without fail, our team of therapists treated people for almost the same sorts of  problems – knee, hip, neck and lower back issues. As well as offering a friendly listening ear to workers I hope that our treatments made a difference.

 

But I want to go further than that. If you are in a sedentary job we want to give you the knowledge so that you can become more proactive about your health in the workplace.

 

Remember those 70,000 hours of work in most peoples’ career, well let’s not waste another precious hour.
